Lincoln locker for the Challenge Vic.
JY limited slip for the DD.
Cram all the clutches in it for Challenge.
Unfortunately the only JYs around me are LKQ and they dont allow you to disassemble stuff. Whole engines. Whole axles. Etc.
So I'd pay $210 out the door, (not factoring in brakes, axle only) for a locker and a bunch of miscellaneous crap I dont need.

That's weird because I have never had an issue with buying differential parts from an LKQ.
What gearing do you have now? What do you want to go to? LSD/Locker by itself won't make a major difference in your performance. Put the money towards nitrous.
FBMP is generally littered with 31sp Trac-lok units. I just grabbed one, included with the $50 3.73 gears I was buying. I can typically find them cheaper than buying a clutch kit, so grab two if you want to re-stack the clutches(you definitely do).
Also, akylekoz offered me one in my wagon thread. It has been a couple years now, but maybe worth an ask to see if he still has it

I just noticed that I still have that, it was supposed to be spoken for a while ago, he needed 28 spline. At this point I may have to keep it just in case I sell my car to someone who wants to make a Spec S197 out of it, Torsens are not allowed, for good reason.

I don't want to ship it, I have bad luck with car parts getting lost plus it's heavy. Likely flagged for liquid leaking.
