The Zombichero needs bushings, however during the 72 model year the bushings changed, so I need to know the actual build date.
72 Ranchero 500
There is no tag on the drivers door jamb any more.
How else can I find the build date

Marti report on the VIN. Find another person with a VIN close to yours? Buy both sets and return the one that doesn't fit?
You might look under (inside) the seats for a build sheet........
Ford often tucked a build sheet under a seat, when I restored my 1970 Mach1 the build sheet was stuffed into the back seat.
I have established from the VIN that it is indeed a 72, a 500, 302 engine and built in Alabama, nothing else
This VIN Decoder might help with the month.
My VIN is completely different to the F series ones
2A47F226945
