My V1 was surprisingly capable in whatever street class it ran in (DS?) And people loved it. I miss that car to death. Actually...it has a 416 stroker in it now and is for sale for $15k. Just sayin.
Are FiSTs competitive in their class? I've been tossing around the idea for a track-only car. There's one that runs at AMP that is stupid fast and I *think* he's on the stock turbo with a tune.
PS: Personally I might consider: Buy really nice, cool, well taken care of 80's car for $3-5k. Drive for a year. Clean up and flip on BAT for 6-10k
NC with a 2.5 swap is what you want. A buddy of mine has one and it's very very good.
