If members of a challenge team who aren't driving during the autocross, work the autocross, would the amount they earn count towards budget recoup?

you knew that SOMEONE was going to ask it, I'm just more obnoxious than Stampie (who will respond within the next 48 hours that I'm slower as well, to which I'll respond that I managed to ask first, so I'm only slower on course).
