Pretty sure the only time I've ever even had the opportunity to let someone know they might have a special car was someone selling what appeared to be a Ford Thunderbolt. Not something you see every day, and to most folks, just looks like a typical old car on Craigslist.
I just mentioned that they may want to do some homework on the car, and mentioned it *might* be a Thunderbolt. They were appreciative.
