As many of you know, we have moved our offices. At the same time, the attics of two our project car garages have been emptied.
Rather than throw away all the treasures found, the staff decided to fill a huge, enclosed trailer and truck all the goodies, swag, left over car parts, books, magazines, banners and posters to the Carlisle Import & Performance Nationals. This beloved event, that the magazine staff has attended almost every year since the its inception, will be held this year on Friday and Saturday May 12-13th. We will be in our usual vending spots (B44-B46). I will be on site. Come by, say hi, look through the parts and socialize with us. We will also have our regular subscription and merchandise booth open.
If you are looking for decoration for your garage or man cave or parts for you Nissan, Porsche, Spitfire, Triumph, Austin Healey, Mini, Miata, Lotus, Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes, Mustang and several other marques, please stop by.
And this will be a true garage sale. Everything that goes will be sold at whatever price is offered. Even the trailer is for sale, and nothing will be coming home. Well, that is unless we find something to play with at the show!
If you happen to have a nissan banner for my shop and tuck it away for me to pick uo at the challenge, I wouldn't be upset

Any A-H Bugeye parts? Asking for a friend (for real) who is restoring one right now.
Um.... how big is the enclosed trailer? If it's not making the trip home..... just sayin.
In reply to Curtis73 (Forum Supporter) :
IIRC it's a 16x7.5 V-nose, and we could be convinced to leave it in Carlisle.... A Miata with tools and spares fits well, or a 350Z without much else will also squeeze in there.
got a list of banners available? are they all GRM / CM?

What he said. I'd love some generic Ford stuff, or anything Miata ND.
Sorry, but there's no list of banners--they're already packed in the trailer, and even we aren't sure what's in there.
You could start with a parking lot sale in Daytona, leaving you with less stuff to haul North. Then, whatever is left over after Carlisle, get rid of it at the $2000 Challenge.
In reply to Curtis73 (Forum Supporter) :
It's large enough to fit a BG chassis
Looking forward to this, more reasons to be there early on Friday!

Ok, well if anyone there can grab me a Ford or Miata ND banner, I will buy you a beer or two at the Challenge.
In reply to Tom Suddard :
Thanks. I've been in the market for an 8.5 x 24. This might house something as big as a 66 Bonneville
What Mercedes parts do you have?
Aww, man... Import Carlise has always been on the bucket-list, and I was really hoping that I would finally make the trip this year, but it's the same weekend as the Mid-Ohio SCCA Majors.
In reply to grafmiata :
Also, mothers day weekend lol. But i might go on Saturday, Friday if I can get that day off. Its only 2.5 hr drive.
Oh yeah, this reminds me that I might have a few parts to add to the haul, assuming it’s not too late (nothing too big).
Time for me to check in with the wife to see if I can get clearance to go. I need some Lotus swag.
In reply to Ian F (Forum Supporter) :
Yes, there is some A-H (mostly Sprite stuff in there)
In reply to Danny Shields (Forum Supporter) :
True but time is the enemy. I already have at least a couple of full time jobs. Selling parts is not one of them. I could make way more on eBay, but want to make this quick and simple and give back to all the readers who have supported us over the years.
In reply to David S. Wallens :
No, just bring what you have to my house.
In reply to yupididit :
The show ends Saturday, so you can spent Mother's day with mom.
In reply to yupididit :
Not sure... mostly W111 stuff. Will know more when we unpack and lay it out on our tables.
In reply to AngryCorvair (Forum Supporter) :
Our banners and bunches from event partners over the years.
Hope to see you there. Will you be set up and open at 7am on Friday? Cash or card?
