I doubt they'll be collectibles as the Hurst mystique isn't the same as it once was. It's just another retro way to make a little, make that a lot, of money.

Not being popular know will cause them to not sell well, making them super rare, and being the very thing that makes them worth insanity-billion dollars at Barett-Jackson 2050.
And what would it cost to buy a regular model, do the performance mods, skip the fancy stuff and lighten it up?

So, lemmie get this right...
They're going to charge you more than the MSRP of an SRT8 to have LESS horespower and a sticker package? I'm not so sure about the value here; you can buy an SRT8, get more horsepower, the 20" wheels, snarling exhaust...same (or less) money.
I'd be curious to see how their coil over suspension works though; that's been my one real cry on the SRT8 in general; stiffen'er up! (the car, not Linda Vaughn...gulp)
