Assuming this even makes it to the US, I wonder what the wing does for SCCA TT classing

The stock wing is my least favorite aspect of the current EN design. This upgraded one is not an improvement IMO. 

There are some other neat parts in this package but nothing that makes me want to run out and upgrade my '24 to a TCR edition. 

That said, it's nice to see Hyunadi continue supporting this car instead of letting it die.

Same here with my '22, If anything the bigger brakes may limit track friendly  18" wheel choices.

The hard parts shouldn't affect classing as brake upgrades are legal even in the Sport division. But the wing is a different matter. We struggle with factory aero packages in TT classing board meetings because they literally run the gamut from making a particular much better to making it actually worse and actually quantifying the performance would be a daunting task that would take immense resources. As a result, "real" aero—especially when it's attached to a limited edition model—tends to get something bounced right to Max. 

Is that a perfect solution? Not really, but in the absence of proper testing it always feels like th most reasonable option.

It's also worth mentioning that the bulk of the package (brakes, trim, wheels) is already available on Hyundai's website for current cars. I'd love it if this package included more power, but I've rarely met a set of upgraded brakes I didn't like, especially when they're bolted an al already-awesome chassis.

That sounds about right, the winged 1st gen BRZ tS got sent to Max jail IIRC

The N Performance parts store is only for the Korean market at the moment, but hopefully that changes soon. That said, the 4P calipers might not clear all 18" wheels, have virtually no aftermarket pad options currently, and were suffering leaking issues with Korean N Festival teams (the new, much larger brake ducts allegedly have solved this), so it's not a huge deal that they're not officially available in the US.

One YouTuber at the event stated several times that the wing is adjustable from -3 to -5 degrees.  That could be fun to play with on track.

As awesome as the N division is, their aftermarket support is lacking in the US. I get you have to federalize things and crash test things, but there's a lot of interest in factory parts. That said, there's a growing aftermarket where you can get big brake kits, intakes, suspension parts and a lot more for the Elantra N. Tuned cars are doing well in time attack, grid life, and other series. I would think Hyundai would want to get in on some of that action. Hopefully this car is more than the modern version of a Cavalier Sport tape and badge package.

Yeah....  I feel like I would have to trailer it everywhere just not to have to be embarrassed.  Not quite what the wife & I would take out on date night.  Be interesting to see what the markup will be on it.  The regular Elantra N is a bargain for what you get.

Cool stuff. Factory track day oriented special models are always a good thing.

Still disappointed that you can't get a road car with the whole wide body TCR body work package  devil
