And I think it would look much better, and be plenty functional if it didn't have that goofy 3rd door.
Now all the bases are covered.
I should probably drive one. I might like it so much I could get over the looks

In stock form probably not.
I tried the Veloster when it came out, the salesman said take it home. So I did, and found I didn't like the seatbelt or the third door. Salesman was all happy when I drove back the same day, then shocked when I handed him his keys back. I may not love my Fit, but it's getting the job done.
Meanwhile, mine is at the dealer right now to have them look at why it shifts like doo doo, but once again "we cannot replicate the issue".
I am really kicking myself for buying a new car and for believing that a warranty would make things easy.

Why, bad tune, poor drivability? Nothing I own stays stock for long anyway
In stock form its plenty fun, but the throttle mapping sucks. I haven't driven a tuned one, but I imagine +50-60hp makes things a lot more fun :P
If I were looking at one now I'd be looking at the N though. The price difference isn't *that* much for a LOT more car honestly.

the 20's look much better than the 18 and olders as well.
throttle in normal is fine for me. i still much prefer cable throttles though.

I drove several version (VT, F5 SX) and all of them have what feels like turbo lab with the throttle. IT's like there's a delay in it. BTR let me drive one of their tuned versions. Dude. It was like driving a NA throttle cable car. It wasn't much different with my first gen NA Forte. The fake throttle feel was annoying. It got so much better tuned.
This is the #1 reason that when the day comes I buy one I'm driving straight to chicago and getting it tuned.
