I saw a DeLorean at lunch today and man do I like how it looked. Ignore the PVR engine and I'd love to have one except that damn movie. I get turned off at car shows when I someone takes a normal car and feels the need to create a Knight Rider or Christine but damn it I want a berking Wagon Queen Family Truckster.
I'm most fond of the Green Hornet's Black Beauty
I'd take a Bullit, or the Vanishing Point Charger, or a Bandit.
The Family Truckster would also be cool.
1957 Ford from "Thunder Road".
'32 Ford Coupe from "American Graffiti". Or the '55 Chevy. Or the blondes Thunderbird.

Bandit cat eye (it was a quad in the sequel) general Lee....I love movie cars. Though if I had a delorean I would not do bttf. As much as I like that movie, E36 M3 is played.
I would totally rock KITT. Like I have wanted one I. The baddest way since the show came out. However, I get so concerned that the reality of a 3rd gen Firebird/Trans Am wouldn't live up to my desire/love of the car
In reply to SuperDave :
FYI "The blonde in the white Thunderbird" was Suzanne Somers https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suzanne_Somers
Not that I'd have a use for it, but I want the Mack from Convoy.

That jump the truck pulled in the opening was amazing.
This. I read the script when it came out, it was published in a magazine.
I was about 16, and it really stuck with me.
Still haven't seen the movie.

I've seen the duece from American Graffiti, Paul LeMat, who played Milner owns it and takes it to some shows. I saw it at a small show in Columbus OH about 15+ years ago.
Glad I haven't built any movie themed cars...

Marty's 4x4 is cooler than the Deloreon.
I think it would be fun to have a replica of the Fast and Furious 2g Eclipse but AWD and actually fast.
