I'm not so sure about the color. But it's just so 80's, I can't resist
Targa top and louvers? Sign me up!
That interior is quite nice.
That's... actually really cool.
Targa yes, 'vert no.
I like it! That interior is awesome too.
Cool idea but it just doesn't jive with the car's shape. If they managed to square off the curves, I'd be all over that.
NNNNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
I can see Dan Johnson in a white suit jacket over a black tee shirt driving one

Pretty nice, but they kept the one styling thing that I detest, and seems to be on every car, no matter make or model.
What's with the flatted out wheel openings? When and why did they become necessary?
I guess the GRM answer is so you know where to trim the fender for bigger wheel and tire clearance...
I like it, but it needs to be red.
Window louvers RULE.
Please tell me I can actually buy those louvers. I'll just tuck them away in the garage until I actually get a car to put them on.

Yeah...its cool.... I guess. But if I want a convertible I am going to swap the FRS for a new Miata. Plus, if that car is available, it is going to cost C7 money, and there is just no contest there.
The want is strong. Just so perfectly 80s.

Why would it cost C7 money? If Scion built it (just the targa part), it would probably wouldn't be as expensive as a convertible.
the last picture is the most important addition to the car, IMO..
There is a definite attraction to this. I even like the color well enough.

I may or may not have had louvers on my red '84 Camaro in the Navy. And I also may or may not have found louvers that fit in the headlight recess to match, instead of the black plexi everyone else did.

Yes, you can get those louvers...prepare to take out a loan for them though:
TRD Japan Louvers
TRD Japan anything is crazy expensive...TRD brake kit for the GT86 used to be nearly $11,000 but they redesigned it and you can get it for a more reasonable $8,000...LOL
If I was to spend money on the brakes I would go with the AP Racing Sprint kit...~$2000 but you drop 20 pounds of unsprung weight off the front while majorly upgrading the system thermal capacity.
