I got a call today from my Sister-in-law and her son. Based on what they have told me about having no heat (but no other issues), my guess is that they need a T-Stat. My guess is that they may be able to fix it themselves. I would do it but they live across the state.
What I am looking for is an online repair guide. I will forward it to them and walk through the job with them on the phone, pictures would be helpful.
Personally, I have no experience with a '97 Thunderbird, 3.8L
