You should be able to replicate that for less than half of what they're asking. Think of all of the wrecked MS6/MS3s out there.

Found one: CandD Boss Wagon
Long story short is that mechanically nearly everything bolts up exactly or with only minor massaging (brake booster and reservoir and radiator mounting tabs is all), but the chassis harnesses do not work together at all. You need to swap the 5 chassis harness out and the ms3 chassis harness in.
