If they think leaf springs and a solid axle eliminates wheel hop they're smoking crack though.

Fuel economy is going to be painful. My 5.4 powered E150 got 14 on a great day and averaged about 10-11 around town.

I'd still love to have one.

In a world where my CTSV wagon gets the best mileage in the fleet, this wouldn't be that bad.
There is no way it would fit in my wife's parking garage though. That's literally the only downside I can come up with.

He also justified a 560hp supercharged wagon because it fit a tuba. Something tells me Mr. Deuce is well versed in making up reasons to do hilarious things.

I think in all reality it will be too crappy to drive to actually drive it to Michigan or to make you want to tow farther than one state away. Those things didnt have much power BEFORE you added 300 lbs of additional wheel/tire to spin.

I think it's a cool vehicle but i think it would be much cooler if it were a 7.3 conversion van on top rather than a blah 5.4 with lots of additional drivetrain loss and with a rubber floor mat interior. Good for certain things.. distance driving and towing not being among them. My .02!
