We finally got one here in springfield, Mo and I went and saw it. I think it looks pretty good. Out of everyone I've talked to they either love it or hate it. What are everyone else's thoughts who have seen it?

Here in Oshawa, where they're made, we see a lot of them running around. I like them; they're certainly better styled than the new Challenger I was parked beside today.

Still lighter then the Challenger! And just as powerful as the Mustang's V8. 
I'd probably take the Hyundai first though. Simply put, if I'm actually going to put any kind of real money into a car, I want it to get great mileage, and be highly covered, and modifiable once paid of. If I ever actually get hired I really like the 2.0T R-Spec Genesis Coupe.
Truth be told, if I get hired at real money I'd probably buy a Vette. I like the Camaro, but looking at used Z06 prices makes me wonder if back seats are relevant...

Be careful..that's the road that led me to the Sky Redline we just got (used). 2 liter turbo with great power in stock trim, and in a few weeks I ought to have GM's tune loaded for even better power. 290 hp/340 ft lb with a fully transferrable 100k powertrain warranty in a very good looking, fun to drive car. The powertrain is awesome, power delivery is definitely the best of any turbo engine I've ever driven. A back seat? Storage? Towing? That's what the other vehicles I've got are for. Oh yeah, and I got 32 mpg on the last tank full.

Of all the things to bag on GM for...the engine? GM makes some pretty fantastic engines, so I'm not sure where you were going with that comment.

Quite simply, I think it's the ugliest of the 3 choices. The Challenger is perfect but too heavy, the Mustang looked fantastic until the restyle this year, but the Camaro is just a disaster. It's a car that can't seem to decide if it wants to be retro or futuristic. And the dash...ugh.
Camaro...last to the party, and in typical GM tradition, learned nothing from the other two competitors that came before it.
Too early for me to decide. I haven't driven one or heard how they hold up to daily use. I do like the new muscle car styling. I like the Mustang the most. We'll see about this one.
Also, if GM is anything it's a great engine design company. We can't put LSx's in small cars fast enough.

I am looking forwards to see it. While if I have to choose one of the big three I am partial to, it would probably be ford, I can still appreciate styling and engineering from any manufactorer.
that said, I was not very impressed with the Challenger. the inner "headlight" that is nothing more than an oversized turnsignal just bothers me
After a few years of GM style depreciation I'll be all over one.

I just ordered the kit for our Solstice GXP a few minutes ago....I can't wait to get it in. As for Wowak's comments I thought it a little surprising....well maybe not on this board.

I REALLY like the new Challenger. But, it's huge, it's heavy, and the V6 is both slow and expensive.
I like the overall look of the new Camaro, but the rear of the car is where they loose me, kinda like the 2010 mustang. Overall the car looks good, but the rear is a bit too edgy or something. It just looks wrong.
And, like you're saying, used corvette pricing makes buying a heavier new pony car questionable. It just seems like they are more money for less performance.
