WOW.
That is some deep paint and really good execution.

Wow nice paint. Too bad they didn't spend a little more money on a better (blingier) carb.

wow... you could fall into that paint and drown

I agree on the carb. That car either needs an S14 or a set of dual sidedraft webbers.. or both!

I dislike the gold stripes and the wheels. Wheels are much to bling blingy and 16" is too big for an 2002. I don't like the color on a 2002 even if the paintwork is wonderful. Why do all that work on appearances, but do nothing to improve the performance?

I'd call that a project car with most of the hard work already completed.

No re-thinking on my end, I love those cars. That one is especially sexy.

I would definitely say that's down to personal taste. I think everything you say you dislike looks amazing to my eyes. I don't regularly like gold wheels but it's perfect on this car. The size seems right on. The stripes look period correct. I love it all. Especially the black and houndstooth interior.

As a child of the 80's I like the gold wheels. I would take that car as is.

+1. BMW 2002's should be more like this one.

I had a friend in high school who had an orange Tii with BBS gold rims, so I think they're hawt, but, yes, 16 inches is too much for that car.

The black isn't doing it for me. IMHO, a 2002 should be BRIGHT (special exemption for white Turbos )

To each their own, but personally that thing is friggin awesome. I'm loving the black-n-gold theme. It's also nice to see an '02 that isn't white or orange.

I thought 15s were too big on my 2002, so I'm using 13x8s with those flares: http://classicmotorsports.net/project-cars/1972-26-2002tii/

The colors are fine, it is just missing the John Player Special lettering.

It looks like an AMC eagle. The ride height is so high to fit those oversized wheels and tires under it. Ready for some 4x4 action. Sure the things I mostly don't like about it are personal preference. Not saying you guys can't love it. Like I said, I think it is a good project car. Put some Bilsteins and lowering springs on it, different and smaller diameter wheels, and that would go a long way to changing my opinion. Looks like they painted the valve cover nuts and there is overspray on the wiper motor. Looks like nothing but a nice but hurried paint job to me. (other than the interior which took some effort).
