This mirror mount style caught my eye.  What car is it or a universal type mount?

I don't know if this is it, but it's similar.

Looks like  a period accessory, so I went and Duck Duck Go'd 1970s vent window rear view mirror images and got this:

I think the car is a Lancia Berlina.

Passenger side mirrors weren't that common at the time, so there were lots of aftermarket options. Jesse did some nice detective work.

Aftermarket mirrors were a big thing because so many cars didn't have them.

Vitaloni mirrors were all the rage in the late 70s early 80s.
