Not really, but damn, for a motorhead on a budget, does it get much better than this? I could sell my overvalued California home and pay cash for this bugger!
$550k and you get a speedway, 80 acres and some maintenance vehicles.

Pave a Kart track in there, run a dirt road winding through the woods and its Nirvana (Weather and bugs excepted)
How many GRM members are there? Everyone pitch in and we could have our own track! Keep the oval running as is for profits and build a nice rally course on the rest of the property. I wonder what kind of shape those pace cars are in, could be sweet finds right there!
Kickstart crowd source in 3....2....1...
I'm with the paved oval and rally park idea, with an addition
run a heated large diameter pipe to flood one of the parking areas in the winter to host ice racing
I've driven by there so many times. One of you work up a business plan for me.

Buy track, host RallyX national championship (not in October).
Seen many races there. Great track, not a great location.

You've got that wrong. There are those that live in Michigan, and those that would love to live in Michigan if they knew how awesome it was here.
Google maps shows a few houses close by, but I assume they are used to, and OK with the noise, unless that's the reason it's being sold. But look 1/2 a mile to the East, it looks like someone has a back yard kart track. Good neighbors!
Endless rally cross track possibilities
If I win the Mega Millions on Friday I'll buy it OK?
I spent more on my current place and don't have as much fun as I would there.

US Ski team practice ski jumping in Michigan. Not real mountains, but a whole lot more topography than Ohio or Indiana
Seriously just buy some acreage for less then that and a used grader and go to town.
In reply to wearymicrobe:
for strictly rallycross this is the answer. I recently procured 220+ acres of former golf course in part for this purpose.

Party at captaindownshift's place!
Just outside of Baltimore, MD and I need to get some grating and clearing done, come spring time it should be good times though. I'm looking to get 8+ miles of looping trails consisting of 3 loops which together, with some connecting trails, can make a large single outer loop.
I'm already packing up my truck.
