Italian banks are a little, shall we say, special. Most of the other ones I had to deal with (German, Swiss and UK) are OK. My experience with US banks is that while the counter staff appears more helpful, they're making anything above a check in / money out transaction quite complicated, especially if it involves international payments and fun like that.
Congrats on losing the elise! Onto bigger(literally) and better cars.

Bigger shouldn't be a problem, better might be. Although I still would like an NSX. Well, that's at least bigger, too.
An NSX would meet both parts, bigger and better.
Bigger yes. Better is a matter of opinion.
