Import and kit car show at Carlisle PA

I see Exomotive will be at the show May 15-17 and I already have reservations but I wonder who else is going and will there be a GRM contingent? Anyone plan on going? First time at the show. Any suggestions for local activities or "don't miss" things?

depending on my shoulder status (may have surgery again as early as the 15th) I may be there.

I may be going. I've gone every 3 or 4 years and enjoyed it. I'm overdue for another trip down there and since my Challenge project is an old Corolla ,this might be a good year to go as they're featuring Asian cars.Might be able to pick up a few odds and ends , or make contacts to sell some extra bits.

I have not been there for several years.... Could be an interesting day trip... And I do need some .... Stuff.

Bring rain gear. Spring Carlisle is almost always wet. It's a great time, with all kinds of cool stuff to check out......but yeah....it's muddy and wet usually.

Of course if you bring rain gear--- you are decreasing the chances of rain substantially!

I might ride the GSA down, hit up the show, camp or motel it, then ride some forest roads out in Michaux on the way out of town if the weather looks conducive.

Jefferson 500 is at Summit Point on the same weekend if you are looking to fill out a weekend...

I could provide directions from Carlisle to the "Faux secret track" as it's roughly an hour away from Carlisle

We might go, I was planning on renting a vendor space and selling Volvo 122 parts, but too much going on to get ready in time.

I only live 3 miles from the fairgrounds now. I should see if they have a season pass.

Hey you figured out my secret plans! Going to hang out at Carlisle all day Saturday, then head to Summit Saturday night. Then the Jefferson 500 all day Sunday. Ohh yeah, can't wait! Who else is going? Want to try to meet up at a certain time at the GRM tent? Also can GRM bring a black beanie hat size large for me to pay way to much for.

Heading down tomorrow morning. If anyone wants to meet up and knows a spot I'm in. Also if anyone is looking to have any parts brought back to the Metro Detroit or Findlay/Lima OH area I have some extra room in the car if the parts aren't big. PM me for requests.

Planning to be there with my daily driver - silver NC MX5. Hoping for decent weather tomorrow.

Carlisle and the other shows back east are the only thing I miss from back east........

Input "throne rd Fawn grove, pa" into Google maps, make sure that satellite view is on and scroll to the north end of throne Rd, slightly to the right.
