This is nuts.
There is an Indy car app that shows you all the info, with some in-cars and driver audio. I don't think there is a TV like coverage, but all the info otherwise (there is an audio coverage)

yeah, that's what I thought, They "black out" coverage here and around metro Indianapolis.....

I they just showed the shot again and there are a lot less strings. I wonder if they are tear offs for the windshield.
