Anybody else getting excited yet?
I'll be watching. As a gearhead kid in the 60's I never missed it, then there were the bleak years I lost interest but I'm back now.
I was actually impressed w/ the driver line up, lotta talent there. Some pre-race spots were a little corny, but hey it's network TV.
Hope they keep it clean.

That thing with the person in black latex submerged in a bathtub full of milk was pretty weird.

As a kid we would be at the campground every year. We always listened to it on the radio. The radio broadcasts were always very exciting.
Watching and trying to get some other things done. This race has a lot of personal memories / history for me. Would not miss it!!!
The man I blame for getting me in to road course racing and I use to sit and watch it. We would set up two or three card tables and then take lunch bags that we had saved from work and put the names of teh drivers adn ther car numbers on them and then as the race went on we would continually arange them in the race order.
Another funny observation the side by side thing they do with the adds and the race. I remember watching it on TV's smaller than the side by side inset LOL Now on a HD big screen. Time had moved on.
Love the camera view from the back of the 1st level on the frount strait grandstand. Really like being there
142 laps no yellow This is amaizing!!!
