Same butthead that doesn't broadcast all the races in Canada.
That was a pretty good race! Glad to see Lundgaard get that first win he is a deserving winner. Lots of credit also to Palou, he was able to turn a poor starting posltion and dealing with a damaged wing to get 2nd, extending his championship lead even further. Dixon also was able to make a great recovery form a strategy call that didn't work out.
I really like IMSA, because of the multi-class racing and all the different makes of cars, but IndyCar is the best series in the world for outright competitive racing.
For those who have been following the whole Alex Palou/Ganassi/McLaren contract drama, this is a pretty good analysis of what's going down and why: https://the-race.com/indycar/what-palou-saga-says-about-mclarens-antagonising-f1-tactics/

Reading that Paulo has/had a deal on the table also from AA reported by MP, really shows that this is still a business and that loyalty counts for nothing. I remember Dixon commenting on this situation last year calling out on Alex's approach. It would be comical if after all of this he went to F1, ( Williams or AT). I don't doubt his talent but unless he is going to a top team which no seats are open he is going to end up like Zanardi/Bourdais/Da Mata, searching for a indycar seat at a low end team in a couple years.
I am just hoping that Malukis gets a shot at a better team. However I am guessing he is going to connect with Abel and be on a new team on the grid, which will hurt his stock.
One big shoe dropped with Marcus Ericsson signing with AA, so now the rumors are that 2024 CGR lineup is Dixon, Paulo, Armstrong, and Linus.
Rosenqvist signs multiyear IndyCar deal with Meyer Shank Racing I feel bad for Simon, but would really like to see him back in Sports cars. Malukis going to Mclaren looks likely now. That leaves 4th AA car (Sting Ray now has the budget for it), 3rd RLL, 2 Foyt seats (I think), as usual 2 Dale Coyne seats available. Plus whoever vacates a seat for another maybe Callum Illot on the move.
