I didn't catch the race last week, but holy cow there is a lot of drama going on!

From someone that's done some pit work, the Penske guy, if he wasn't ordered to do that by the team, should have been let go immediately. Not that I'm a big Ganasi fan, but they did get robbed and someone could have been killed. You're supposed to be professional at that level, and that was as big of unprofessional pit work that I've seen. Penske should have been made an example of, instead they got handed the race. I understand wanting to protect the guys on pit road, but their safety starts with them. I've carried tires on pit road before, and the first thing you learn is to not carry them that way.
In reply to racerdave600:
On the other hand, in THIS race, Power clearly ran over his air hose (you could see the hose being discollored), yet no penalty? What's up with that?
I thought that was a serious safety violation.

Can we get off of this track?
Did they change Baltimore besides that goofy chicane? I used to like this track, but there just has been so many errors this weekend.

I remember the first year that they had a race on this street-circuit, and the teams and drivers enjoyed it. Seems to have gone downhill quickly.
At some point, someone should have stood up in a steward's meeting and said "If we need to add a stupid-assed double chicane in order to keep car from getting airborne over the trolley tracks, then maybe we shouldn't be racing here."
Yeah they were treating their cars like Australian v8 series cars all the bumping and tapping. Am I the only one who liked it?
Dear FOX,
If there were still a SPEED channel, I could learn all about this on Wind Tunnel, from this cheeky bastard named Robin Miller. But no, we must have Fox Sports One, because 4 ESPNs isn't enough!
After reading the thread I tuned in and watched the Lights. Man that course sucks.
It's so rough and there's no run off, plus it showcases such a lovely part of the city.

corrected your error.
I found a way to make the Indycar races better and will share what you have to do.
On your remote, find the "Mute" button.
On your computer or Smart Phone, go to Youtube.
Look for "Benny Hill Theme Song"
Play on repeat while watching Indycar race.
Seems to fit very well!

On the bright side I learned that after meet some friends for a game of tennis Regis and Joy had a lovely dinner at Cipriani. In ten years of watching I never once heard Robin Miller talk about what he and his wife did for dinner every night. I don't even know if he has a wife. Thank you Fox Sports for bring back Regis to my TV.
