Inline radiator cap - what cars

My 2000 TrashbInfiniti Q45 has this guy.  I need one for the Wartburg.  2nd gen q45 are few and far between, what other cars have a radiator cap setup like this, preferably cast aluminum and not plastic, that goes inline with the upper hose? 

4.7 Dakota of some vintages.  Doubt you will find anything not plastic built in the last 30 years.

If not challenge budget Canton makes a nice billet version available on Amazon for around 100.

Apparently chinabay has an aluminum one for 10.50 shipped, ordered to see how crappy it is.  

Still would be open to knowing if anything else has this that could potentially be junkyard sourced for $5ish
