Since it's gotten freezin' ass cold here in Joe-Juh, I've had some trouble getting the Integra to start in the mornings, and in the afternoon when the car's been sitting all day.

Ignition switch is less than a year old (and I removed my 5 pound wad of keys at the same time,) battery is less than 2 years old, and alternator is less than 6 mos. old. Had the starter checked while diagnosing the ignition switch (around a year ago?) and it was fine.

I've been bump-starting it in the driveway, and on the street to get to and from work, and occasionally the car will crank after 2 or 3 tries. Otherwise, there's just a "click." Whacking the starter doesn't seem to do any good. Car will crank with no problems when warm.

Any thoughts? Main Relay? Starter on its way out?

what is the battery voltage, before you get the "click"?

My guess is a bad starter or starter solenoid.

Try cleaning off all the grounds and making sure the connections at the starter are clean and tight. Try the battery terminals too, I had an intermittent no start on a Civic from having a not obviously loose battery terminal, it wouldn't let the car pull the amperage that the starter was looking for.

If that doesn't solve it, yea, starter.
