I know in the past there has been certain products that were made for specific models of cars. I know you guys probably know some, so share.

What I have brought to the table is a Stewart-Warner Cylinder Head Temp gauge made specifically for the Corvair back in the day.

That's kind of a strange product. It appears to be only a bit bigger than the stock guage, has the same range and similar sweep. Does it use a different sender? If not, the only real use I could see for one would be putting a 140 in a non-Corsa.

IIRC, it does come with its own sender. My dad has one new in a box, I'll have to take a look at it.

I think it was made for non-Corsa and Spyder models that just had an idiot light.

relocated shifter so the Toyota 6 speed can be used in a Corolla with a 5 speed. This relocated shifter allows for no cutting of the body....

That's also from the rare 'green line' series of S-W gauges, which are highly desired in their own right.
