You guys are focusing on cars you hate. (I agree with anything bad anyone can say about an HHR BTW, I hated that thing with a passion not often rivaled in the automotive world.)
Hate isn't the opposite of love, indifference is.
When I drove a Nissan Rogue recently, I didn't hate it. I didn't like it either. It was underpowered, I think there was less room in it's trunk than the Miata's, the kids barely had leg room in the back, and the only thing I could say about it was Meh.

Forgot about the Chevette." They are hateful in every way, and anyone who denies it needs mental health care." I got mad just remembering that POS but since you said that I feel better.
I knew a girl in school who had a Chevette. I had way more fun driving it than I had with her, but that was at least partly my own fault.
I'd willingly own a Chevette though.
I learned to drive a manual transmission on a florescent green Chevette. It's been a while but a as I recall the trans was kinda sloppy but easy to find a gear, any gear and a clutch that went right to the floor. Like it or not I am forever bonded to Chevette's for that reason.
I also rev matched MANY chevette shifts with no clutch at all..

edit: 82, 4100ht.
Knew a Serbian guy that had one. Me being a Cadillac guy was even giving him E36 M3 about it. Berker loved it.

I'll defend the Fuego. I liked them when I was a kid. I was a sucker for big glass hatches and multi colored tail lights.

Juke
I came here to say this. Every other car here at least hd sone redeeming value. This does not.
The Juke was available with a turbo 4 cylinder and a manual. I can think of a lot worse cars.
I can't think of any that look more like a roadkill frog, though.
It's a truck, it is allowed to be ugly.
No, a juke is not a truck. Disinformation at its finest.

At least it was what it was. I'll see your discontinued car with a Daewooki:
A daewoo chassis, GM transaxle and a 2.5L inline 6 that was made by elves in a tree somewhere in italy.
Ugliest are AMC Eagle and Seville Poopback
The one I hate the most is the Dodge Dynasty. I mean, it doesn't look AWFUL, but I hated driving it. The trans was all over the place, the beltline was uncomfortably high (sign of things to come), underpowered even with the big V6, but worst of all were the seatbelts. They would continuously tighten and tighten and tighten! I HATED that. I was somewhat relieved when it was stolen and somewhat disappointed when it was recovered intact

I would 100% take a Fuego especially a turbo. French weirdness is something I love.

It's not a car, and all of the other options (SUV, CUV, whatever) are subsets of truck, so...

Today I learned that Daewoo hired Porsche engineers to design a twin cam 2.5 liter inline six for transverse FWD applications. Then I learn that it is in a car with zero resale value!
Then I look it up. 155hp/177lbft
cue the sad trombone noise.
Contextually, the Studebaker Wagonaire is probably a car no one likes / liked as they sold 940 of them from 63-66. Some weird wagon / truck box hybrid tried decades prior to the GMC Envoy XUV so your luggage could enjoy they cool breeze as you hum along the highway.
If there are any survivors out there, I am sure someone loves it tho, but from new to sell a total of 940 when new over 4 years, I don't think it was very well liked
Mitsubishi iMiEV.
Did anyone actually buy one? I've never seen one on the road.

I still think that should be stuffed into a miata. Inline 6 miata.
In reply to Trent :
2.5l DOHC I6 gas with 6 mote HP than the 2.0l SOHC I4 turbodiesel. How do you mess up that badly?

They were geographically limited when sold new. Mostly California and states that followed CARB rules, I think. I know of one person in Ohio that went out of their way to buy one new and bring it back here.
