First I saw this a few weeks ago...
Then today coming back from lunch, a similarly equipped S2000, but without the livery.

I like it, hopefully this is a trend that for once the GRM community can get behind without constant whining, finger pointing, making fun of, disparaging.

oh, we will, I am certain of it
The picture is funny in that it looks like the car is being driven by a little kid sitting on a phone book or something.
I dig it. The problem with most trends like this, though, is that they get set by guys that have actual skills and can produce quality work, then get popular enough that the majority of the examples you see out in the wild are poorly put together by a buffoon you couldn't trust to string your weedwhacker. Then, because the average example you're used to seeing is so E36 M3ty, the whole thing goes to hell. See stance cars, rat rods, tuner cars, ect.
I think it has to do with the drift scene. As corporate overlords slap more labels on cars, the fans are due to follow suit. That being said, I saw a 370 with gold striping reminiscent of the jps livery. I was a big fan.

That depends entirely on how safe or unsafe the cars are to drive on public streets.
Me gusta. I've thought about having my Miata wrapped in the Renown paint scheme. Kinda painted myself into a corner with the purple rollbar though. Hmm, dark grey and Mariner Blue with purple accents in the Renown pattern? That could work.
It's hawt yo!
I seriously like it though. Don't think I would go for the Marlboro livery, but otherwise looks good.
I won't have brand names on my vehicles unless they're paying me, but that 350 looks good! I'd like it just as much in a solid color though.

Probably through the bumper cover. Lots of structure under there, leveraged way back. Good place for a wing.
Are we talking about the livery/branding or the rocket bunny type body kit?
The body kit feels like an extension of the drift/stance crowd.
I've had white wheels, and they had fairly open spokes that weren't that hard to access. They were still always dirty and dingy looking.....never again.

I think that the 370Z looks a bit nicer and less bulky than the 350Z shown above.
