And then I remembered the "Mobile Reef" I saw in Key West last year.
Dean, there was an episode of Chronicle on channel 5 last night(not sure if you caught it) that was dubbed "oddomotive" . The SAAB you showed pictures of with MEEOW on the tag was a local lady who also had another car after this one that was just vinyl wrapped with artwork all over it. She's since moved to CA (not surprised) according to the show. It also featured a guy from Cambridge or that area that hand paints artwork on his Camry every year. It looked goofy to me, and the paint was so thick(he never removes the previous paint job) that the car looked heavy to me.
There was also some cool cars featured like the car that looks like a telephone, Sur-vival, and the guy in the Boston area with the collection of micro cars whom I've met, and he's a pretty cool guy. I think you can probably find the episode online with a little searching.

Yes, everyone in Milwaukee knows the "Jesus Car". Pretty sure that wagon got totalled a few years ago, and now he has a Jeep I believe.
I just saw a moparminivan decked out in who knows what, but I would fit into this thread. It was heading north on Hwy 17 and I was heading south, so didn't get a good look at it or pics.
Some actually good art cars my friend Kevin has built
That Taurus held up for over a decade and was sold at a used car lot about two years ago. I just spotted it being hauled into a metal recycler last month.
My sister sold her Nissan 240 to a lady who's daughter was going to turn it into an art car. There's a dodge caravan here around van wert covered in stuffed animals. Usually shows up for car shows.
Haven’t seen decorated cars like these but have seen a car around with overlapping bumper stickers covering every square inch of the car except windows. More disturbing was pulling up next to a car at the stop light and seeing the whole interior was filled with fast food cups, burger containers, paper and everything else right up to the window level or a bit above with only enough room for the driver.
