I think I found a Anniversary Miata for $2,800. Not slavage not beat, assuming no one lies on Craigslist. Does this smack of scam?

could be a divorce sale.. i'd say to go look at it- during the say in a public place- with a few of your buddies. ask to look at the title. if it looks good, then grab it up.

It's such a scam it's not even funny. Google the vin, it's for sale in Washington dc as well.
