I have lusted after XR4tis since my buddy had an '86 that we GRM'd up... such an interesting and underrated gem of Euro styling and Ford power. An HX35 really wakes them up
I have been looking for a decent one for about 5 years now... All of them I find are either terrible basketcases or $15k show cars...
I never understood why these cars fell so far. It is rare to see them anymore,. and those you see are usually on their last legs.

You are correct, but "United Statesian" sounds clumsy, so they hijacked the name. It confuses them when you mention that everybody from Whitehorse to the Cape is actually "American".
