This is the follow-up of my previous post ("Which Mustang..."). After looking for weeks I figured out what I want: '95 or older Mustang. Must be a manual, V8, as rust free as possible (considering my location) and <$2000.
I've missed out on maybe 10 cars over the last few weeks on both CL and FB. Some cars only last literally minutes.
I figure some of you just might be sitting on something or a few somethings that might fit my specs and/or know of a car somewhere close to SW Ohio that would be available.
Thanks!
Message sent on the possibility he still has it and it's still for sale.
Thanks!
<$2000 can happen around here if it is an SN95 convertible. Hardtop might be a lot tougher unless you're willing to un-Home Depot a drag car.
My neighbor has had one sitting in her driveway for as long as I have lived here. I haven't asked yet if she wants to sell it but they keep the tags current (but not the air in the tires).
I did notice the convertibles, both 79-93s and SN95s are usually cheaper. A possibility, but not really what I'm looking for. Of course.
I think I saw that one Evan. The curiosity would be driving me crazy if I had to see that everyday...
Not close, and not V8, but my 1980 is for sale. Listed in the classifieds.
I just saw a 94 in Indy for $1800 on a lot. I'll see if I can remember where it was if you want.
No rust, 5 speed v8, and cheap are a pick two kinda thing usually. Not counting mine which is not for sale
barefootskater: I saw that! Fly and drive to Ohio would be an adventure for sure.
chandler: Yes. Please. I am actually headed to Indy Saturday already (to look at a car). -thanks.
Patrick: I know. Sadly.
Appreciate the comments!

And probably cheap enough to allow for boost for the challenge!
