2008 Civic Si Sedan. At 8500rpm. Silly fuel cut.
I drove this around all day:
I chirped the tires in 1st and 2nd, not third though.
Tonight, I may fire this up:
It's hasn't been started in over a year. Bet it's gonna stink eh?
Took my 70 MPG motor scooter today. Could've driven the Grand Marquis, but good riding days can be rare in Ohio.
Should I get out my chainsaw and start cutting up fallen limbs for the burn barrel to make up for it?
2007 Mazdaspeed3. I was going to take my oh-so-Earth-friendly 1987 Mazda RX-7 (one of my coworkers wanted to check it out), but I was running errands earlier in the day with the MS3 and running late, so I took it straight to work. 25-26mpg on 93 octane ain't bad, right?

Nice Maggie there Lesley.

Looks like it's coming along nicely, Lesley. Is this a bench run, or do you have it back in the truck?
It's earth day, so I took the MINI Cooper S and made sure to do some nice long pulls under all of the bridges and overpasses to celebrate with the whine of a supercharger.
To celebrate Earth Day, my clutch master cylinder died. Being an RX-7, this is a regular occurrence. They seem to last about 18 months.
Of course, being a Good Car[tm], it died as I was pulling into my driveway.
'04 VFR (hit VTEC yo). People in Colorado are weird; they're a bunch of fair weather riders but they sure like to drive SUV's up into the hills to slide down ski slopes. Pretty much pathetic.
couldn't figure out how to "hotlink" this particular comic strip, but Mallard pretty much says it all right here...

I just call her the guzzler. 14 mpg in town. But I -did- go look at a CRX HF with Koni's and H&R's which I intend to purchase.
EDIT: Normally there's a new GT500 parked outside the house in the background. It's that horrible primer looking color. I thought it was a dealership replica for the longest time until I heard it fire up.
Thanks guys - it's in the truck. Don't have any recent pictures. I'll have to put a new battery in it, it's not holding the charge. So, the Dakota's stinky cruise in honour of Earth Day will have to take a raincheck
Opus wrote: Currently out of work, but driving this to run my errands to continue to break in the new rebuild. 351w under the hood.
Had a lot of fun driving it today. Now to get the spedometer hooked up so that i can see how many miles I drive it to get the mileage. Hopefully around 20 with the gearing on the highway. Only time will tell.
Rear end is 2.79 and final trans ratio is .7
Oh, I thought it was Saturday... I drove the Taurus, with a sub 25mpg average. My sister has the sub15 mpg truck
I didn't go to work today. Instead, I got ready to go work the Big Bend Open Road Race
Much more fun than work.
I drove the white one, which can get 33 mpg on the highway.
Of course, if I weren't so a lazy, I would've ridden my bike...
Earthday? Whats earthday
We here in Alberta just kept on producing our dirty oil, spewing out tons of emissions into the air. I then hopped in my eagle talon (awd, turbo) that gets 16mpg in the city the way I drive, and floored it all the way to dairy queen, idled in the drive through, then floored it all the way home in a span of 10 minutes. Barely enough time for the motor to get warm enough, spewing out even more emissions.
In case you forgot, last year for the "1hr turn off the lights on this day" deal, Calgary's power consumption increased. I was so proud, it almost brought a tear to my eye sniff
