well...finally pulled the car out of the garage after nearly a month. The electric fans aren't turning on.
Yea!!! another electrical gremlin 
Do they turn on with the AC.? Easy way to tell if the fans are OK. There is probably a relay that could be burned out if the fans don't run. Hot wire the fans to check.
