Well I know where there's a 383 B block that I can pick up cheap and that I have dibs on. And the tf727 hooked to it comes with it. But I've also found rotating assemblies for the 5.7 and 6.1 Hemis that punch them out to a 392 and 426 respectively. And there's people on the other forums running them over 1000hp on boost after they change the pistons
So going back to that 1000 hp Nova, he just slaughtered a heavily modified GT500

If I were doing a Chevy id be all over that idea. I saw the HotRod article where they boosted the 4.8 and liked the power. But i like to keep my brands matching for the most part.
