NAPA is looking for a place to spend it's motorsports marketing dollars... NASCAR only charges something like $2 million a year for naming rights for what is now the Nationwide series- Indycar would probably be cheaper than that...

Other than the cash, not really. They've done zero promotion or activation this year.
However, that's also meant no horrible IZOD TV spots either, so not all bad...
