That's a nice Green Gremlin.
When I lived in WI, Jefferson was a must see every spring and fall
One year while running in the 500 a turkey choose the windshield of the miata of which I was running as their method of suicide. Upon pulling into the pits my crew instructed me to kick out the windshield, which, with assistance, I did. After that they gave the go, go, go. It tool about 2 more laps for me to realize what ALL had happened and to come back in for a driver change, underwear change and for precautionary measures a fire suit change.
U ummm, captain, can I ask how many adult drinks you had this morning? I just have to what a turkey has to do with a car show or barn finds?(left very puzzled after reading the last post).
In reply to ckosacranoid:
I believe he may have cornfuzed it with the Jefferson 500 race at Summit Point. It seems he was set upon by the very active local wildlife that frequently chooses death by race car as it's exit strategy of choice.
Ok. That might explain what he was going off on. Cause I was very comfused.

I'll have to make it to Jefferson one of these years. I've only lived in Wisconsin for all of my life! ![](/media/img/icons/smilies/crazy-18.png)
