More than cleanliness, it makes me think that the person cared about the car. If they treat the car like a garbage can I have doubts they were a person who kept up with maintainence, etc. A clean car doesn't mean it was maintained, but I'd 100% rather buy from someone who looks and sounds like they loved the car.
