I might try to put a list together...someday. I have 62 currently, owned 11 before I had a license, currently 56 years old, longest ownership is 1969 Mustang Convertible bought in 1976 (it was a 7 year old car then!), last year I added 9 and subtracted 11 cars, first car 1969 Shelby Mustang in 1974 and last added is a 2004 Mustang Mach I.

Bought most on purpose, had many given to me and have given many away.

I quit counting north of 100 (age 53), but that number does include a few parts cars. My longest "termer" was a '61 Fiat 600 that I kept 10 years, and my longest daily driver was a MR2 Turbo back in the '90's. My shortest ownership was 3 hours. I bought an '85 MR2, sold it without ever having picked it up.

Favorites...it would have to be my '73 Alfa GTV, followed by a highly modified '74 X1/9. Special mention would be the 944 Turbo, TR4A, 240Z, and '85 MR2 that I turned into an ITA car.

Lately, I still miss my 370Z. Some people don't like them, but I regret selling it.

Current daily is a '12 MINI Cooper S.

Another lightweight here...26 years old, 6 in total, down to 1 at the moment, but currently looking for #7.

-94 Volvo 850 sedan, N/A, 5 speed

-90 Integra RS, 4 door, 5 speed

-96 Volvo 850 Turbo sedan, auto

-97 BMW 328is, 5 speed

-98 Camaro Z28, 6 speed (former dd, current engine donor/Partout)

-96 Jeep Cherokee, 2 door, 5 speed (former winter beater, current dd)

Plus a series of motorcycles, some of which even worked!

All from the 90's so far. Only overlap was the Cherokee/Camaro up until recently and now I hate being down to one car again.

  32. 2015 Lincoln MkC
  33. 2016 Ford Explorer Sport (Still have)
  34. 1999 Porsche Boxster (still have)

There may have been more Imps and derivatives, but I used to buy/sell/break them so I sort of lost count.

With this lot I’ve had front and rear engine. FWD, RWD, AWD and 4WD. Body on frame and unibody. 2, 4, 5, 6 and 8 Cylinders plus a rotary. I’ve had in line, flat and V configurations. I’ve had NA, turbo and supercharged (one of the many iterations of the 94 Mustang). I’ve had American, European and Asian cars. I’ve had cars from defunct manufacturers. I’ve had steel and fiberglass.

Still need to have 3, 10 and 12 cylinders. Never had a diesel, never had an Italian car, and never had an aluminium or carbon body.

As far as bucket list I haven’t even scratched the surface and probably won’t.
