Sometimes you gotta perform a field fix.... The much loved Mazda 5 of doom needed new tires and I scored a set of Michelins that are just a little larger than the too large ones that were on the RX8 wheels. And the first big bump on 285 was a scrapefest So now its up to 235 50 18's and rolled by Louisville Slugger fenders. Results to follow.

We did it with a truck tire iron the last track weekend on Saturday morning.  I knew I should have test fit those new tires on the car :-)  I will say it was way easier to finish them correctly with a proper fender roller when someone felt bad for us, and found one in their trailer later in the day.

It turned out amazingly well. Probably because the 15 year old did most of the work.

I’ve used a bat on several 914 s successfully. I was wondering if a bat will work on the Miata if needed.
