Well, it's a bit further than Toronto, but there's a winter & summer rallyx series in Bancroft. It's really tough (it's part of the Rally of the Tall Pines) but an absolute riot. for more info, visit the Maple Leaf Rally Club website.

Maple Leaf Rally Club runs events in Bancroft and Burnt River.
Motorsport Club of Ottawa runs events in Augusta (near Brockville).

I thought they nixxed the Burnt River site?
Bancroft's way nicer, there's a building with actual toilets.
I seem to recall zoning (neighbour) problems in Burnt river, but apparently that's been sorted out.

They are scheduled to use it for 2010. Apparantly it was not ready last year.
