For those of you who know, I'm the frugalest of frugal autocrosser. I found Kosei 15x9 wheels for closeout price of $104 each. At 12.8 lbs I haven't found much lighter. They will be used for autocross, not street driving as they will have 275/35 Hoosiers installed.
Any thoughts, recommendations, tips, advice, snide remarks?

I just pulled the trigger. I hate spending money like that but hopefully I can liquidate a set or two of 15x7 wheels that I've been collecting.
And thank you guys for the positive goading, Keith you offered some REALLY sweet wheels a couple months ago but the timing wasn't quite right. This forum really is the best place. 
Between these getting more rubber on the ground and the new SM suspension I'm hoping to move into a top 5 place a few times at my local group.
What bolt pattern? Got a direct link? Or at least what vehicle fitment you used to find them?
I've been running K1's on the SooperKia for 3 years. Mine were the last year they offered the 17x7.5 with 5x114 bolt pattern (2008). Got nothing but good to say.
FWIW, I had to run little spacers on the front of my NA to keep things happy at full lock with identically sized and offset wheels.

Nothing, I bought them.
I have some small spacers cause I had the same problem already (tire hits sway-bar). As soon as the weather breaks I'll install the ARP wheel studs I got for Christmas so I can feel a bit more confident instead of using the tired and shortish factory OEM ones.

Edit: correction, need 15x6's. 7's will be too wide for H-street.

I was eyeballing those too. Aside from something like Diamond Racing or there are there any good "budget" light weight wheels anyone can recommend in 15x7?
Loved my Kosei K1's a few years back. Team Dynamics wheels are in the zone of affordability as well although more limited distribution. Checkout Goodwin Racing 4x100 goodness

Depends on how budget you're looking to go. RPF1s are usually pretty damn light (as are many of the Kosei offerings).
Ran Kosei's for a decade. The only problem I ever had was self inflicted on a balancer. We welded the damaged center hole (which did nothing but let the grease cap poke thru) and continue to run them.
Good budget light wheels: Advanti DST Storm S1 and S2. They come in 15x7, 8, 9 and some 17" sizes.
BTW, Flyin' Miata is a Tire Rack dealer. We can offer these TR packages at the same price.
Konig Dial Ins are 12.8 lbs in 15x9 and are currently $124 ea at Good-Win. Now I have to decide i5 looks are worth $80 a set.
If I could get K1s in 15x9 for $104 each we wouldn't even be having this discussion.
