Yup, that rule would help me, too.
I, too, have been trying to get clarification on the rules for a while now. I want to start getting the N600 in fighting shape but I dare not without knowing the rules. Hopefully the extra month isn't burned resting on my laurels.

Give us a few weeks to pin down some of this stuff. I don't anticipate any major changes, though.
