Can you shoot the ad my way?

The last three I've gone to look at have been complete E36 M3. I'm pretty much done buying rusty cars at this point. There are some remaining exceptions, but none of those are Alfas.

Worked on both. Driven both. The boss had a barely street legal GTV6 that was occasionally hillclimbed. I was tossed the keys to once to get lunch for the shop. Wholly hell that was impressive. Chirped the tires in the first three gears getting around a bus. And oh that sound. Alfa V6 noises FTMFW for sure!

If I could afford an Italian car this would be on my short list with the x1/9 and the 124 spyder.

EDIT for sound: SEXAY

beautiful sound... ugly video. Six cylinders really does seem to be the number for the sweatest sound.. aside from maybe a v12

I am actually stuck, seriously, something broke in my brain on this one, I can't decide, I vote for BOTH!

Easy choice for me after researching the scorpion a little. Weak sauce U.S. version of the monte, although gorgeous. Alfa V-6 all the way! That someone else has completely sorted out.

Know nothing about the Alfa so I gotta sit this one out.

This is a tough one. I'd go for either, think both are great. But if I could only have one then Alfa it would be.

Back in 1979 I was looking for my high school used car and my dad shot down the $300 Impala and the 1970 BMW 2002 I wanted.

My mom was trying to talk me into getting a $900 Alfa Romeo GTV instead. I wasn't totally sure about working on an Alfa since I knew GM and Beetles and wussed.

I also passed on an early year ex-drag racer lime green Pymouth Road Runner.

GTV6 for sure for anyone over about 5'10, I have sat in a scorpion and it has even less room inside than a GTV6 from what I remember. I talked to someone who had both and they said in stock for scorpions arent much fun, no power and the suspension is too soft. With the right modifications they are both awesome though.

The alfa is pretty simple and easy to work on, I dont really know anything about the scorpion other than looking at one in pick and pull and talking to someone who used to have one.

I think the GTV-6 took this one... what do we pair it against next?

I have had a ride in a Scorpion and owned a GTV6 for about 17 years now, I guess I voted with my $, so GTV6! My GTV6 is by far my favorite car, don't think I will ever get rid of it!

Looks like a later 4V 164 motor installed into a GTV6.

I have owned a GTV-6 and there will be another one in my garage at some point. They have the best sounding motor this side of a Ferrari.
