Well, yes, I suppose I should have directly stated that I was curious what a `91-96 B body wagon would look like with open wheel arches and Impala SS wheels.

Rest assured you'll see it, if only for the heck of it. Since i have the SS i'm sure the wheels will end up on the wagon someday.

Picking the car up on the 21st or 28th, making lots of strides cleaning the shop to get it inside and have room to work. Had a yard sale saturday and sold the massive wet grinder with 6 wheels that was taking up most of my welding and fabrication table.

yeah so i brought it home and it's a POS.

sold the rear posi to my buddy. pulled the pcm, 22" bling, and whatever else was good. some stuff went missing by the seller's dad/uncle/friends who were vulturing the car after he got deployed, without his knowledge.

i won't lose money on the deal, but i'm not exactly in the business of a 20 hour break even drive, so not happy with how things turned out. hopefully will clear a couple hundred profit to make my emotional injuries heal.

the best thing to come of this is i was perusing craigslist the other day, and today we went and bought a 1949 plymouth business coupe.

details will follow. picking up on the 15th. saw it in person this time. think solid shell with good glass, 4 new leaf springs, tube chassis, solid front axle, dana 60 locker, 440, 727 trans, all in a pile waiting for someone with some fabrication skill to put it all together

Sorry to hear that. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. I sure give you credit for trying. Hope you clear a few hundred on the deal, to heal the wounds. Good luck with the Plymouth!!
