Oh, that's too bad. Sorry. It was a Yahoo news article that was linked to a competitor magazine. The bolt on modular way that the front and rear clips where designed so that they could be easily replaced is something that I thought that stock cars should have been built with many years ago. Thanks.

A little off topic but why won't said racing organization have a rule set that is not in the public domain? That makes no sense.
The SCCA GCR can be down loaded by anyone. I have not looked but I assume the F1 rules are publicly available. (Again I have not looked).

Because the chassis is proprietary. I'm pretty sure they don't want any other racing series to use it without permission (aka money). NASCAR isn't exactly an open racing series.
