I don't know. We raised the TSD car an inch or so. My buddy also put a skid plate on the car - the gearbox is exposed. He bought a custom aluminum piece but I seem to recall reading you can do this cheaply with a sheet of UHMW plastic. If you raise the rear a lot, then the axle will be offset with respect to the body because of the panhard bar. You can make a custom bar with adjustable rod ends, like this:

Oh cool, an inch is more than I expected. Looking back at your first post, you said that "In the front, the thickness of the cutting board will *double* the increase in ride height." Did you mean that a 1/2" spacer will net 1" of lift?
