So this morning another gremlin interrupted my commute. Starting to think about getting an appliance so I can save my garage time for elected services on my toys.
looking on autotrader for manual 4 doors with decent mileage three 2017 Jetta model s's came up around $13k. It's listed at 150 hp so it's no rocket. But it has my e30 beat by a few horses anyway.
what don't I know that makes this seem to be worth considering?
That's a nice car and sounds like a great deal. But I'm really only interested if I'm under a very specific price point. Well below $16k. What is your impression of the fit/ finish of the car? Does it feel/ sound solid? Are the seats comfortable on a long trip?
The Jetta is incredible bang for your buck. My sister in law just picked up one, fit and finish is solid and the 1.4 is a great little motor. According to my research you can get a 1.4 S Manual at that dealer for $13.2 before TT&L.

States may vary, but cars we get from transports (mn, front plate required). Do not have front plate brackets installed until a tech does a delivery inspection before the car is put on the lot. The car you bought was most likely already inspected and sitting on their lot.
