I need to know all about them, How easy is it to turbo the NA 7M and can it handle the boost. How light can I get them down to with your typical interior removal things. And how to these puppies handle

They are Lexuses from before Lexus existed. Weight gets down to about 2900. People have told me that I am insane because my weight goal is somewhere around 2600.
an NA-T engine is possible, and done all the time. Plenty of info over at Supramania.com and Supraforums.com
The turbo manifold and other bits bolt on pretty easily. You will absolutely want to replace the head gasket and the head bolts with ARP stuff torqued higher than factory specs. The N/A motor does not have oil squirters like the turbo does. The N/A transmission (W58) is not as strong as the turbo one also (R154). No Idea how they handle, definitely better suited for a road course than an autocross. Stock weight will be somewhere in the 3600 pound range depending on what options it has. Seats and stuff are really heavy especially power ones. Not sure what your plans are but a LeMons type car could get pretty light I bet.
